6th class are playing board games on Friday afternoons for January. They have to present the game to their group, explain the instructions and then enjoy playing it!

We had a special visitor yesterday!

                         

Visit to Castle Manor

5th and 6th class walked to Castle Manor nursing home after our final swim today and visited the residents there.
We had carols, trad music and dancing, then the children gave handmade Christmas cards to the residents and had a little chat with them before we took our leave.
It was a very special visit and the children were fantastic: the staff were very impressed with them and Killygarry teachers felt very proud!
Well done 5th and 6th!
