The experiment that we were doing was to show if salt hydrants or dehydrates potatoes. The first step we did was to cut the potato in half and scoop out the middle, then we put them on a tray and filled one half with salt then we left them for 1 to 2 days.We found out that salt hydrates the potatoes. Karla.
