Our Lady of Perpetual Help

On Thursday, 6th class paid a visit to the Cavan Cathedral to see the Icon. The Icon is on a tour around Ireland to celebrate 150 years with the Redemptorists, an order committed to promoting devotion towards the Icon. We waited in line to see it. Some people went up, kissed it and then wiped it off with a cloth. Our class went up and touched it and then said a Hail Mary over it. It was very big and it looked amazing.
